Renowned crypto investor and billionaire BARRY SILBERT has identified a groundbreaking digital asset play that he believes will dominate the next wave of crypto investments. In a recent interview with RAOUL PAL on the Real Vision YouTube channel, Silbert revealed his latest venture, YUMA, which is exclusively dedicated to advancing BITTENSOR, a decentralized blockchain-based network designed to create a global, collaborative marketplace for artificial intelligence (AI).
As the CEO of Digital Currency Group (DCG), Silbert shared his vision for the future of crypto:
“I explored the decentralized AI space and quickly realized that BITTENSOR represents the next major era in crypto. We’ve seen Bitcoin, Ethereum, NFTs, layer 2 solutions, and DeFi transform the industry. Now, I believe decentralized AI is the next big investment theme. Over the past year and a half, BITTENSOR has gained significant traction, and I decided to focus on it in the same way we did with Bitcoin. Through YUMA, we’re investing in it, building on it, and raising awareness to drive its growth.”
BITTENSOR operates through “subnets,” which are independent segments dedicated to specific AI tasks or services. Silbert explained that YUMA has developed an “accelerator” to streamline the creation of new subnets on the network.
Additionally, Silbert emphasized his goal of identifying the Coinbase, BitGo, or Chainalysis of the BITTENSOR ecosystem, signaling his commitment to fostering innovation and infrastructure within the space.
